Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board

WTOP-10 TV’s DEI Board takes the reins on making sure WTOP-10 is a place for all. DEI has a large part in making sure that WTOP is a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students who join the club. The DEI Board is responsible for hosting training sessions for WTOP to have a better knowledge of what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are and to make sure all station members are creating a welcoming environment. The DEI board also works as a conflict manager within the club to maintain and uphold the club’s inclusive atmosphere.
