The station is led by the executive board and managers, who work every day to bring the best product to the campus and Oswego community, while ensuring our members have the best developmental experience possible. The management positions and responsibilities are designed to mimic those found in the real world, providing managers the greatest real-world experience on a college campus. At the end of the year, all positions are open for interviews, available to any and all WTOP members.
