Oswego State women’s hockey falls just short in non-conference matchup

OSWEGO, N.Y. — The Oswego State women’s hockey team fell short on Sunday in a very close battle against the Utica College Pioneers. Just 6 minutes into the game freshman Mack Hull was able to strike first for the Lakers giving them a one goal lead. With just two minutes left on the clock, a deflected puck led to a breakaway opportunity that sealed the 3-2 victory for the Pioneers. This was undoubtedly a fight until the very end and a loss that the Lakers surely won’t forget about anytime soon.
