
OSWEGO N.Y. — It was another day at the office for this Lakers team as they added another blowout victory to their resume. The Lakers faced off against Morrisville State last night and proved just how good this team is. Despite not being able to get anything going in the first, this Laker team was just warming up as they rest of the contest was pure domination. The Lakers found success just thirty-eight seconds into the second period when sophomore Kyleigh Grugin scored her eighth goal of the season. Just minutes after sophomore Sophia Kyrkostas put the Lakers up two nothing. Freshman Ashlyn McGrath was a monster out there scoring two goals on the. night. Grugin also had two goals in a very impressive performance per usual. The Lakers would score four goals in the second period leaving Morrisville scrambling for answers. It was quite the night for the freshman on the team as Mack Hull scored the last goal of the game. The Lakers were firing on all cylinders and proved that they are a very dangerous team when they get on that ice. This increases their win streak to seven. The Lakers look to finish strong as they go on the road this Tuesday to take on Buff State. Game starts at 7!

OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Men’s Soccer fought tough against their SUNYAC opponent Geneseo in a 2-2 tie. The Lakers started out the first half strong as they had four shots within the first ten minutes of the game. The Lakers took the lead early in the game with Kieran Gilroy scoring a goal at the 35:57 mark of the first half. Geneseo would finish off the second half strong as they had six shots within the final 20 minutes of the first half. Oswego had an impressive first half as they had nine total shots.
