– ABOUT US –

WTOP10-TV is a fully student-run television station housed on the campus of SUNY College at Oswego.  With the generous donation of alumnus Al Roker, SUNY Oswego was able to build a brand new digital television studio in the Campus Center that was opened in 2007. The studio was upgraded to High Definition in the fall of 2016, operating with cutting-edge technology.

Our productions range from a nightly news programming, to fashion talk shows, to live sports coverage.  More than 200 students are active in WTOP every semester, and there’s plenty of opportunities and experiences for students to learn and grow from.

The station is led by the executive board and managers, who work every day to bring the best product to the campus and Oswego community, while ensuring our members have the best developmental experience possible.  The management positions and responsibilities are designed to mimic those found in the real world, providing managers the greatest real-world experience on a college campus.  At the end of the year, all 32 positions are open for interviews, available to any and all WTOP members.
